Our points, and badges system measures your interactions with our Brazcom Wireless team, your Store members, your performance and goals . This is one way we reward and recognize the most diligent and thoughtful contributors on the team.

This rewards and recognition system helps us, too. We get a better picture of team development, and an idea of what topics we need to work more. The reward system also encourages participation and allows everyone an easy way to know who who among regular contributors to the conversation is.

1-POINTS: (Activities)

You will earn points towards your progress.

SUPERVISOR/ MANAGER will be at the store and go over with sales rep on:

 

     PROCEDURES (Earn Points then Redeem points earned)

  • AM/PM TASK LIST execution…10 pts
  • Training Expert 10 pts
  • Audit per store (POINT ACCORDING TO METRO passing POINTS )

 

SALES: (activities) (Earn Points then redeem points earned)

  • Conversion Goal (0 , 100  or over 100)  pts
  • MRC $60 85% to100%..(85%=100 pts, over 85% =points according to percentile
  • BTS 12% of new Act/react = 100 pts
  • ADD ONS $10 =100 Pts $7.00 = 70 Pts
  • Auto Pay 15% = 15 Pts
  • Accessories $25 = 50 points, $35 100, over $35 points percentile
  • TRAVEL LEAD = 10 pts

Each badge you earn contains data about your skills and the Brazcom Wireless within a portable image file. This data is viewed when you display and share your badges, helping people find out more about you.

Bronze badges encourage users to try out new features and achievements. They are easy to get if you try!

Silver Badge

Silver badges are less common than bronze ones. You’ll need to plan your strategy to get one of these.

Gold Badge

Gold badges recognize important contributions from members of the company team. They are rarely awarded

Requirement of Tier 1 + PERFORMANCE badge + 2 of other category = Star Employee (Bronze Badge) – The brilliant glow of your achievement lights the way to your success.

 

TIER 3 = Hall of Famer Requirement: Tier 2 + SALES QUALITY badge + 2 of the others Category =Top Performance (Silver Badge) –The summit of success is not reached in a single leap, but in a series of determined steps.

 

TIER 4 = Top Performance Requirement: Tier 3 + Sales PRO (Gold Badge)- Success is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution.

## Criteria:

_The Best Coach award is designed to honor who provide an exceptional level of support as he or she supports and contributes to the professional development and advancement of his or her mentee. Candidates will be assessed on their extent, quality, and effectiveness in mentoring:

 

– Offer sound counsel and valuable information to their mentees in order to advance and develop the mentee’s own path to professional success.

 

– Generously share their valuable time to be accessible to their mentees. Impart guidance and expertise in encouraging and critiquing the mentee’s leadership, training, and/or works.

 

– Promote and make others aware of the contributions and value of their mentees.

 

– Serve as role models for their colleagues by maintaining high standards for excellence with their own discipline and the greater institution.

 

– Display evidence of mentees completing their defined projects (e.g., procedures, goals, promotional goals, knowledge, training)

 

##Eligibility: member who is or has formally participated in the mentoring program as a program mentor may be nominated.

 

– To nominate your mentor please provide details on what distinguishes your mentor from the others.

 

– Are there specific examples where the mentor remained involved in your professional development on an on-going basis after your relationship started?

– Was there a difference in your professional life after your relationship with your mentor started?

– How does your mentor handle stress, disappointment, or setbacks involving his/her mentees? Describe the environment/atmosphere your mentor provides.

 

– How has your mentor intervened to help you make specific decisions regarding the path of your career? How helpful is your mentor in offering counsel for specific situations?

– How does your mentor balance things in their own lives from your perspective and how does he/she promote this balance for their mentees?

 

– Overall, how valuable have you found your relationship with your mentor to be?
